MAKE A RESERVATION

When you have selected the tour of your choice:

  1. Call to confirm your reservation. Dates often fill up early, so make your reservations as soon as possible.

  2. Fill out the application form below and send it with your deposit. For Air Trips, please provide the full first & last name as they appear on your photo I.D. or passport; birthdate, address, phone number, tour name and departure date.

  3. Tour deposits are due at the time of booking. The final payment schedule will be indicated on your deposit confirmation. Final payments are due: 45 days prior to departure on coach tours, 65 days prior on domestic air tours, and 90-75 days prior on international tours and cruises.

  4. You will receive final tour credentials approximately 2 weeks prior to the tour’s departure.

Please Note: Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Many tours sell out quickly; to avoid disappointment, make your reservations early.

Reservations made within 60 days of departure on air tours and within 45 days on motorcoach tours will require full payment at the time of booking.
