How To Make A Reservation

When you have selected the tour of your choice ~

  1. Call the Fun Tours office, toll-free at 800-742-7717 or in Lincoln at 466-1776, or your travel professional to check the availability and make your reservation.
  2. For air trips, please provide the full first and last names of travelers as they appear on your photo I.D. or passport, along with your address, phone number, tour name and departure date.
  3. Tour deposits are due at the time of booking. The final payment schedule will be indicated on your deposit confirmation. Final payments are due: 45 days prior to departure on coach tours, 65 days prior on domestic air tours, and 90-75 days prior on international tours and cruises.
  4. You will receive final tour documents approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure.

Tour deposits and final payments can be made by check or credit card. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. For those with Early Booking Cash discounts, your final payment needs to be made by check.

Last-Minute Travelers Welcome

Although it is best to book your tour as early as possible, don’t hesitate to call us if you decide to go at the last minute. We will do our very best to accommodate you without any additional costs.

Smoke-Free Environment

Smoking is not allowed on the coach at any time. Frequent rest stops are made for the convenience of all travelers.

Luggage Handling

Luggage handling is provided for one piece of checked baggage on all tours of two days or more. Gratuities to the bellmen are included in your tour.

All admissions, as indicated in your itinerary, are included in the price of your tour. We carefully research each area visited and package only the best attractions for you to enjoy.

Seat Rotation

Our custom of daily seat rotation allows everyone a variety of vantage points to see the passing scenery and the opportunity to meet new travelers sitting across the aisle while traveling.

Travelers With Special Needs

Travelers with special needs are requested to advise Fun Tours as to additional personal services required when making their reservation. There may be an additional charge to meet these requirements, and if so, it would be at the tour member’s expense.

Health and Walking Information

It is best if the traveler is in reasonably good health prior to making a reservation for any tour. International tours that require an above-average amount of walking and/or agility will be indicated on the tour page. An average daily amount of walking is required if the traveler wishes to participate in all aspects of the tour. We are sorry but refunds will not be made for any unused sightseeing or meals that the traveler chooses to forego for whatever reason.
