Board Amtrak for the beautiful coastal route from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo. At times, the ocean will almost seem to lap the rails as you make your way northward. Board your motorcoach for the incredible Highway 1 journey from Carmel to Monterey. Travel deep into the Redwoods aboard the Roaring Camp and Big Trees Railroad, and see these stately trees up close. Board the "Skunk" Train whose rails date back to 1855 and was originally a logging railroad. This excursion combines the beautiful Redwoods and the coastal California mountain range.
