Day 1 Travel Day (D)
Board your motor coach to begin your Colorado adventure! Your travels today will end in Colorado Springs. Enjoy your new friends at our Get Acquainted Dinner hosted by Fun Tours.

Day 2 Alamosa (B)
The Arkansas River has carved its way through the canyon creating an area known throughout the world as the Royal Gorge. Experience this Colorado Natural Wonder with a deluxe pass. Included is a tram ride across the gorge, a ride on the steepest inclined railroad down to the river’s edge 1,053 feet below, hiking across the highest suspension bridge and many other sites around the park.

Day 3 Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad (B,L)
All aboard for your scenic trip on the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. Feel the excitement the second the whistle blows and the train leaves the station. Marvel at the power of the steam locomotive as it climbs high mountain passes and snakes by a gorge so deep you’ll want to hold your breath. Deer and elk roam the high,

forested meadows of the Rocky Mountains along the way. Enjoy a stop for a homemade, fresh, out-of-the-oven lunch at the old stagecoach town of Osier, Colorado. The motor coach return trip will include a stop at Zapata Falls, a 40-foot tall waterfall located inside a steep rock crevasse near the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Day 4 Great San Dunes National Monument/Jeep Ride/Flying W Ranch (B,D)
Today, visit the Great San Dunes National Park and Preserve. In this high mountain valley are the tallest dunes in North America, flanked by some of the highest peaks in Colorado. Take a tour of the area in a jeep! Dinner this evening will be a fun chuck wagon supper with a Western entertainment show at The Flying W Ranch.

Day 5 Travel Home (B)
It’s time to head home, but memories of the chug of the steam engine and beautiful sites of Southern Colorado will make you smile for a very long time!
